Newsletters continued…

Newsletters give you an advantage over your competition, especially if they aren’t sending them out. Your customers more than likely associate you with one product or service, here’s where your newsletter can help inform them of other things you offer. Newsletters are an informative/non-promotional way to increase your credibility with your target market.  You will appear more authoritative than your competition through staying in touch and adding value and educational information about your product/service.

Newsletters are also known for helping your bottom line. The additional income a newsletter can produce makes the process worthwhile. It’s an additional salesman for your business or organization. They do require some time and dedication on your behalf, but more so in the beginning rather than future issues, especially once you’ve established your format and the number of pages. You’ll be amazed at how much information you can find to fill your newsletter, whether it be 4 page, 8 page or 12 pages or even a one page simple digital newsletter. Weave your production dates into your schedule and stick to them regularly. Think of it as a marketing tool and a way to stay in front of your customer or prospect. In fact, after you product your first one, you may just discover that a newsletter will introduce customers to products/services they never knew you offered!
